PCT type automatic controller

PCT-110 Touch roll automatic tension controller This controller uses a powder clutch/brake to control the winding/unwinding tension of paper or wire by varying the excitation current. By directly attaching a touch roller near the external surface of the material roll, we can automatically determine diameter variation. The excitation current is increased/decreased according to this variation, automatically maintaining constant tension in the material.

| Open loop control

     Hunting never occurs due to the use of open loop control.

| Simple handling

     Since the roll diameter is automatically determined, you only need to set the desired tension once and the controller will ensure it is kept constant.

| Simple initial settings

     Initial settings are facilitated due to an integrated angle sensor which automatically provides compensation adjustment.

| Taper tension function provided

     Taper tension can be set with an integrated dial.

| An original fabric position setting signal is provided.
